How is your A-Game right now?


The real estate market shift has knocked a lot of people off of their A--Game and they are just trying to find their stride again.


I want to encourage you to take it up a notch by looking at the things that didn't work out last time, the things that worked really well and the things that were just alright.


What would happen if you dropped the things that didn’t work, did more of the things that worked really well and spent a little more time improving one or two of the areas that were just alright?


Would that put you into the A-Game zone?


One thing that works EVERY SINGLE TIME to get me into my A-Game is expanding my network and power of association.


New people lead to new opportunities and that’s a HUGE part of developing you’re A-Game.


For example my exclusive private Facebook™ Group, energizes me so much because it gives me an opportunity to hear wisdom from so many real estate agents. This is giving me new perspectives and helping me to engage with my business in new ways.


And now I’m seeing so many new possibilities because of all the people I met and learned from, which is fueling my inspiration and passion and putting me in a very nice A-Game loop!



You deserve that too!



It's up to each of us to create it.


Here are a few more things to consider, while you develop your best A-Game strategy:


  • What energizes you inside and outside of your business?

  • What are you doing to expand your personal and professional knowledge base?

  • Who is giving you new perspectives about life and business?

  • How are you spreading the wealth by sharing your wisdom?

  • What are you doing to support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health?

  • Have you scheduled time into your calendar each week to think and dream?

  • Revisit your vision. Is it still what you want to do?

  • What are you doing daily to reach your personal and professional goals?


WARNING!

Trying to change several things at the same time is a recipe for failure. Pick the one thing that will positively impact more than one area and work on it. For example, just getting more sleep each night will increase your mental clarity, give you better emotional regulation and it will improve your physical health too. That will do a lot for your personal life, your relationships and your real estate business, which makes it a worthy investment into yourself.


Master one then move onto the next. That is a key part of acing your A-Game strategy.
