Unleashing Your Success: Making the Unconscious Conscious



Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have it all, while others struggle to make ends meet? Or why some people are able to bounce back from setbacks and failures, while others seem to get stuck in a cycle of negativity? The answer may lie in our mindsets, and how they drive our unconscious processing.


Think about it. How do you see challenges and failures? Do you see them as things to avoid, or things to learn from? If you see them as things to avoid, then you may be limiting your growth and potential. On the other hand, if you see them as opportunities to learn and grow, then you are more likely to succeed in the long run.


The same goes for feedback. Do you see it as a personal attack, or as something to grow from? If you see it as a personal attack, then you may be closed off to constructive criticism that could help you improve. However, if you see it as something to grow from, then you are more likely to use feedback to your advantage.



Now, let's apply this to real estate agents. How do you see risk in your business? Do you see it as something to avoid necessary for reaching your goals? Real estate is a risky business, but those who are willing to take calculated risks are often the most successful. If you are too risk-averse, you may miss out on opportunities to help your business grow.


Finally, how do you see others? Do you see them as instruments to meet your needs, or as people with their own unique needs?


Real estate agents work with a wide variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and desires. If you only see your clients as instruments to meet your own needs, then you may not be providing the best possible service. However, if you see them as people with their own unique needs, then you are more likely to provide personalized service that will lead to satisfied clients and repeat business.



All of these examples represent different mindsets that we can have, and they can profoundly impact our success in real estate and life. However, most people are not conscious of their mindsets, which means that they are not conscious of what is driving how they operate. This can lead to missed opportunities, limiting beliefs, and an overall sense of being stuck in life.


But, it doesn’t have to be this way. By becoming conscious of our mindsets, we can take control of our lives and create the future we want. This starts with taking a personal mindset assessment, which can help identify the quality of our mindsets across four different sets of mindsets that have been proven to influence success.


As a real estate agent, your mindset can make all the difference in your success. By becoming aware of your mindsets, you can identify areas for growth and improvement, and ultimately create the future you want.


So, ask yourself: Is your unconscious directing your life? And if so, what are you going to do about it?
