I remember a time early on in the industry I worked with a separating couple that owned 6 properties to sell. The gentleman was the point of contact and the woman seems on board with it, until one day, she lost her Sh#t on me over a simple thing as paint colour.
It is our job to develop the mental strength to control ourselves from reacting this way and to be honest with ourselves and others and develop a stronger mindset.
Unfortunately at the time (due to many things), a large portion of the world operates in a state of negativity and negative thinking. Negative thinking is so powerful and so prevalent with media and our societies that idle minds default to negative thinking automatically.

To decide to succeed to allow ourselves to fail?
